The Toshiba help page is extremely frustrating. only a reboot allowed me to reset it. any new solution?! Toshiba Fn Lock pressing and holding the Fn key and then pressing Caps toggles the functionality of the top row of keys on the Type cover so that you can use Alt + F4.

Well it worked for me. Thank you very much. I have checked the BIOS for any settings on the keyboard but none are listed. These make the Fn key a "sticky" key so folks with disabilities don't have to press the Fn key and another key simultaneously.
