Hard Drive Doesn't Show Up In Disk Management


I just want my files, photos and music that is on that hard drive. Like I can find the drive in disk management and device manager but cannot create a new path or assign a letter to the drive to open it, unless I want Sign in to report inappropriate content. To format it, so Windows can use it, just right-click the unallocated space in Disk Management and select "New Simple Volume". When I go into device management I do not see any error messages.

However, you can use Win Hex and our tutorials to find out what is missing or wrong with the drive. Similarly, you could do the same for some other operating systems. Just what I was looking for. It maybe that the drive is not able to communicate with the machine.
