Now, even when i plug the system in any of the rear ports, every indicator on the computer shows that there is sound. Join thousands of tech enthusiasts and participate. It would not show bars for anything else, and Speaker/Headphone devices were listed as "not connected" - despite clearly being so. I have Gigabyte boards and an MSI board with the same Realtek audio and they both work the same.

Forum SolvedIs there a way to change audio from, front to rear speaker using Realtek audio? Right, i've been having this problem since I THINK starting to use a HDMI wire.
Everything looks fine in the settings and even the bar is showing audio output visibly. It seems that only the center channel and sub-woofer ports/plugs work.
