Please check the comments below for additional suggestions. You should be able to see an option named Installed memory (RAM). SSD1/SSD2 is just a screen-cap of the performance tab in Task Manager during and after a spike. The time now is 11:02.

The thing that gets this spike is almost aways the System itself. If you use the regular CMD prompt you might receive an error 5 when stopping. You're great man!!! I'm not sure if I am in the good category but I have a problem with one of my HDD. However, I would certainly begin by concentrating on removing bloatware. Background: I was going to replace most of the parts in my computer so I waited with my upgrade.

You would have to use System Internals Process Explorer, to dig down into what process is doing that. I almost didn't even try it as it just seems so ridiculous but it's worked!
