I can't replicate the issue when right-clicking on a file on my desktop. When I uninstalled it, Windows Explorer would display context menus long enough that they could be clicked. You won't notice a speed difference for that type of stuff anyway, and the best thing is if you ever want to re-install Windows or Windows gets corrupted, you can just have a peek here This eliminates the problem and folders work fine without any limitation or drawback.
